The Korean star was seen at the Army base as he completed his mandatory services and was seen exiting the 5th Division Recruit Training Center located in Yeoncheon, Gyeonggi-do on June 12, according to Korean Standard Time. Before going, Jin was seen having emotional goodbye moments with his fellow batchmates who were also soldiers. When Jin was discharged from his mandatory duties, he got a warm welcome from his BTS team members, who also took time off from their respective duties to welcome him.

It was on June 12 morning when Jin bid farewell to his military duties, which he reportedly, as per a PinkVilla report, had to do for two years. BTS members RM, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook embraced Jin with hugs while RM also played his hit song Dynamite on his saxophone.
