Tina Datta has made a name for herself in the entertainment world. The diva made her screen debut with the TV serial, Sister Nivedita. She went on to star in films like Pita Matar Santaan, Dus Number Bari, Sagarkanya, and others. Tina is well-known in the Bengali television industry. In Rituparno Ghosh's 2003 film Chokher Bali, she co-starred with Aishwarya Rai.
Later, in the 2005 film Parineeta, she portrayed young Lalita. After portraying Ichcha in the television series Uttaran, the actress catapulted to recognition in the Hindi television business.
