If there are some actors who are very glamorous among the others, they are Erica Fernandes and Pooja Banerjee. However, there is someone from a generation above who still looks like she’s never grown old! Surely she’s ageing like wine.
e are talking about Anupamaa actress Tasnnim Sheikh who plays the role of Rakhi!
In an exclusive conversation with Tassnim, she shared, “Since I am working from a very young age in the industry, I have been working out religiously. People should eat mindfully which I have been following. Secondly, I do not wear heavy makeup every day. Even when I go out it will just be a compact and a lipstick. My kitchen is my laboratory. Because of wearing makeup every day I started getting pimples as my pores started getting clogged so I started using potato juice on my face among other things as face packs. Also my water intake is 3 litres a day. I eat simple food which is not too oily or spicy and small meals which are five times a day. I eat natural protein. If people feel I look beautiful and nice, it is because I have a holistic approach towards taking care of my body.
