MUMBAI : Jhanak has been winning hearts with its emotional storyline. It is the tale of a young girl who dreams to be a dancer but grows up in hardship. Jhanak fights all challenges to achieve her dreams but that is when a tragedy strikes her family, and her world is shattered. The titular role is played by Hiba Nawab while Anirudh is played by Krushal Ahuja.

Hiba made her acting debut as a child artist in Ssshhhh...Phir Koi Hai in the year 2008. She debuted with Crazy Stupid Ishq in 2013, where she played Anushka Atwal. She gained immense recognition playing Amaya Mathur Gupta in Tere Sheher Mein, Pari Sinha Singh Chauhan in Meri Saasu Maa, Sheena Bakul Vasavda in Bhaag Bakool Bhaag, Elaichi Bansal Khurana in the show Jijaji Chhat Per Hain, Connaught Place "CP" Sharma and Chandraprabha in Jijaji Chhat Parr Koii Hai, Sayuri Sharma Choudhary in Woh Toh Hai Albelaa and is currently seen as Jhanak Raina Bose in Jhanak.
