Surbhi recently announced the news of her marriage with boyfriend Karan Sharma. Karan happens to be a businessman by profession. Surbhi and Karan are reportedly getting married in March, even though Surbhi hasn't discussed her relationship with the media yet. Preparations for the wedding are rumored to have started already.
Infact, Surbhi recently took to social media to announce the news that he is celebrating his bachelors in Goa while she is busy taking a detox therapy at home. The two are very much in love and by the looks of it they cannot wait to tie the knot.
