Keep doing at least one activity in a day (like running, gymming, dancing etc.) and avoid fatty food.

Abs are not necessary. A fit body is better.

Running and Pull-up bar workout.

I don’t follow any diet charts. But I includes fruits and juices in my diet.
Ever taken supplement to lose or gain weight?
No, never.
What would you recommend for a quick 20-to-30-minute workout?
Do functional activities like burpee exercise, pull-ups, push-ups, abs exercise for 15-20 minutes.
How do you stay motivated?
I like to be fit and good. So that keeps me motivated.

Which body part are you proud of and why?
I am not fond of any body part of mine but I keep getting compliments from people for my chest.

Depends (whenever I get time).
