Malkhan Singh takes fitness to a whole new level

MUMBAI: Actor Malkhan Singh, who has been noticed for his performance in vignahartha ganesha & Maharaja Ranjit Singh developed a passion for fitness.

“Considering our hectic routines and demanding work pressure, it is crucial for everyone to conduct regular workout sessions. I make sure that I work out for at least two hours every day. In addition to an attractive physique, it largely helps improve blood circulation in the body and boosts positivity, thereby making you feel healthy and happy”. Health and fitness is the key to a long, active and enjoyable life. It is correctly stated that Health is the actual Wealth that a person can retain. Enhancing knowledge about staying healthy and fit, and create awareness among others as well. It also results in the development of a healthy lifestyle.

Malkhan believes that each person should spare an hour and dedicate that time to fitness “Everyone needs to enjoy their “me” time and working out is the best form of “me” time. You should workout depending on your likes. You must enjoy working out. Sports, Yoga, Gym all provide the same result if done regularly. I believe that you must never pressurize yourself in order to be a certain size, in fact take things slow and steady. That provides the best results long term.

It is not necessary that you need to splurge on expensive gyms or different form of workouts. A simple one hour walk and basic exercises along with healthy eating should be practiced regularly in order to see the desired results”

“To look good and fresh at all times, it is pertinent to eat healthy. If you are not following a good diet, then the workout you do is worthless. The food you eat should be high in proteins and vitamins for your body. I follow a balanced diet that includes a good mix of dry fruits, eggs, vegetables, sprouts, meat and fish”.
