Fitness mantra?
Work hard and play harder. I think sports make you fitter then the boring gym.
Are abs necessary?
Abs are not necessary. Although they are good for men but not for women for sure.
Current workout routine?
I am on a holiday mood so I don’t have any workout routine but I go for swimming thrice a week to keep myself fit.
Diet chart?
I am not a foodie person so I have three meals a day and I don’t binge on food all the time.
Ever taken supplement to lose or gain weight?
Never; I thank God for my genes that I don’t have to take supplement to lose or gain weight.
What would you recommend for a quick 20- to 30-minute workout?
Cardio or functional training. Also swimming is best for such workout sessions.
How do you stay motivated?
As an actor we need to be fit as we are judged by the audience. So the hate mails which I get keeps me motivated (laughs).
What is your greatest fitness achievement so far?
There was a time when I had flat stomach but now as I am in full holiday mood so eat all unhealthy food.
How much do weigh right now?
46kg.
Your cheat food?
Pasta with extra cheese and French Fries
Which body part are you proud of and why?
I am proud of my smile but that doesn’t need any exercise.
What time do you work out?
I workout in the evening.
Do you ogle at hot bods in the gym?
No, my gym is very boring; there are no hot guys but I have a TV in front of me so I see FTV and listen to music.
Gym attire?
Mostly track pants, shorts or capris and spaghetti top plus my Nike sport shoes.
