Fitness mantra?

Eat healthy and avoid junk food.

Abs are necessary?

No, I think you should not stress yourself with extra exercise.
 
Current workout routine?

I don’t get time to work out, because of the shoot, so I go to gym thrice a week to do cardio and push-up.

Diet chart?

I don’t follow any diet chart, but I eat health and right amount of food.

Ever taken supplement to lose or gain weight?

Never.

What would you recommend for a quick 20-to30-minute workout?

Push-up and sit-up.

How do you stay motivated?

I think as actors we need to be fit, so for me my profession keeps me motivated to stay fit.

What is your greatest fitness achievement so far?

I had to put on some weight for my previous show as I had to look little older. Later I got Shastri Sisters for that I had to lose weight to look younger, so it was a challenge.

How much do you weigh right now?

72 kgs.

Your cheat food?

Chocolates.

Which body part are you proud of and why?

My biceps; also they are easier to get into shape. 

What time do you work out?

Evening.

Do you ogle at hot bods in the gym?

By the time I go to gym there are no hot bods. Only aunties workout at that time.

Gym attire?

T-shirt and track pant.

Your gym buddy?

My gym trainer.
