Gautam is one hard working actor and that reflects in his work and...body. The actor has maintained a stunning physique for years now. He stays away from unhealthy food and believes in living a healthy lifestyle.
It's said that ‘great abs are made in the kitchen and not in the gym’ and that's exactly what Gautam believes in.
He said, “I have a habit of eating food every two hours. I believe eating right is important than starving.”
"I start my day by having green tea. After that, I have protein shake. For breakfast, I eat oats with skimmed milk. After a short time, I munch few dry fruits. In between the breakfast and lunch, I have sweet lime juice and a fruit (apple or orange).”
“My lunch consists of brown rice, dal, chole, low fat paneer and green vegetables. After few hours, I sip coffee with diet khakra. In the evening, I have protein shake and whole wheat dalia. And dinner is very light...just sauté vegetables and soup.”
Any fitness mantra you would like to share with your fans?
“I have always said that what you eat is very important. It is 70 percent of diet and 30 percent of gymming. So, eat right and stay healthy.”
Who is your inspiration? “Nobody, I inspire myself," concluded the actor.
