Are you a foodie?
I am a big foodie.
Veg or Non-veg?
Both are my favourite. As long as the food is good and tasty, it doesn’t matter whether it is a vegetarian or a non vegetarian dish.
You salivate over?
The delicious aroma of chicken biryani makes me salivate. I strictly dislike 'mutton'.
Quick-fix menu?
Grilled chicken and steamed fish…my favourite...
Your erotic food?
Chingri macher malai curry and bhapa –hilsa cooked by mom.
Soup or salad?
Soup.
Sugar or spice?
Spice.
Fine dining or street food?
Oh, I love street food. Throughout the year I go here and there and thus eat in restaurants and that’s fine but the smell of those street foods mesmerizes me.
Late night binge?
Oh my god, don’t ask! For my (habit of) binge eating at night, people say that I am a ‘night queen’.
Ever cooked to impress?
I love to cook. And about impressing someone, well, it is enough to cook and have the delicious aromatic mind blowing dishes.
Favourite ice-cream flavour?
Strawberry, mango, kiwi and chocolate.
You live to eat or eat to live?
I live to eat; I think everyone should live to eat. You know, for me, it’s not just food, it’s more than that. It is comfort, family, friends, happiness, and stress reliever. Positive eating means eating the right foods can offer relief. And above all, food is an important part of my lifestyle.
