7 Days to Go For Ground Zero’s Big Release, Excel Entertainment unveils a new poster

MUMBAI: Excel Entertainment is all set to present one of the most iconic missions of BSF in all its glory with Ground Zero. The production house has unveiled a new poster of the film, kick starting the countdown for this iconic tale. The poster features Emraan Hashmi who is all geared up to portray a real life army officer Narendra Nath Dubey who will lead the charge of this iconic mission which was awarded as BSF’s best mission in the past 50 years in 2015.

Ground Zero also marks Bollywood’s comeback in Srinagar, Kashmir nearly after four decades as the film becomes the first Bollywood film to have a grand premiere for the army officers in the last 38 years.

The countdown for the big screen spectacle has kicked off with Excel Entertainment unveiling a special poster of the film with the caption, “In 7 days, step into the world of Ground Zero.” Emraan Hashmi’s look is packed with intensity with him dawning a complete border forces uniform.

With Ground Zero, Emraan Hashmi will be seen playing the role of BSF commandant for the first time in his career. With the backdrop of the poster showcasing destruction and blasts, the audiences will be tuned in to see how  
director Tejas Prabha Vijay Deoskar presents such an iconic mission on the big screens.

Ground Zero Stars Emraan Hashmi opposite Sai Tamnhankar in the lead role. Emraan will be seen essaying the role of Commandant Narendra Nath Dhar Dubey, the man who led this iconic mission for two long years. Sai Tamhankar will be seen playing Emraan’s wife in the film who in her own realm is the backbone of the brave soldier.

Excel Entertainment presents an Excel Entertainment Production, produced by Ritesh Sidhwani & Farhan Akhtar. Directed by Tejas Deoskar, the film is co-produced by Kassim Jagmagia, Vishal Ramchandani, Sundeep C Sidhwani, Arhan Bagati, Talisman Films, Abhishek Kumar, and Nishikant Roy. Ground Zero storms into cinemas on April 25, 2025.
