MUMBAI : No one can forget Indian Television’s one of the most hilarious serials, Khichdi which starred Anang Desai, Rajeev Mehta, Supriya Pathak, Vandana Pathak, and Jamnadas Majethia. In 2010, the makers of the show came up with a film titled Khichdi – The Movie which was a successful venture and left the audiences in splits.
After 13 years, the makers gave us a Diwali dhamaka last year with Khichdi 2: Mission Paanthukistan in theatres.
Watching the movie in theatres was a fun experience for everyone and so this time, after a year, once again, the whole cast is back for a Diwali dhamaka. That’s right! The movie is all set for its world TV premiere on Zee Cinema on 3rd November.

Talking about the cast of the movie, Tellychakkar got in touch with JD Majethia who revealed plans for Khichdi 3 and when we can expect the release.
When asked about plans for Khichdi 3, the actor replied by saying, “Khichdi has already surpassed it if you take it as a part. Khichdi came first as a series, second series Instant Khichdi, Third Khichdi the movie part 1, then we did a web series, then Khichdi 2, toh we are almost now at 6th part. I am telling which will also come ‘27, 2027, will be the silver jubilee of Khichdi and we will have a great time but for now we have to work in a direction in a way what will the grammer that time...”
