MUMBAI: The CBI has taken over the probe in Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case and the team has been acting swiftly, having already interrogated several people so far. Sushant’s girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty, his flatmate Siddharth Pithani, cook Neeraj, among others have been quizzed by the CBI. Now, Aaj Tak has accessed an audio clip in which Sushant Singh Rajput allegedly speaks about his retirement plans and finances with Rhea Chakraborty, her father Indrajit and other advisors.
Aaj Tak claims that the audio recording is from January this year, and in the clip, Sushant, Rhea, her father Indrajit and some financial advisors sit together and talk about Sushant’s finances. In the video, Rhea allegedly can be heard saying, “There's a thought about Goa. Then there is Pawana also. However, I would suggest being in Pawana for some time, then see Goa. Give it a couple of months and then we can decide.”
Sushant then adds, “Let us treat this as a retirement plan. So how will I do it? I need help.” Rhea can then be heard saying in the audio clip accessed by Aaj Tak that Sushant would have to invest his money in a way that he gets some returns.

During their conversation, the mention of Pawana comes up quite a few times, and Sushant mentions that he doesn’t mind shifting to a ‘green secluded place.’ Rhea then says how Sushant should spend a month in Pawana to see if he is at peace there and then he can vacate the Mumbai apartment.

Sushant then allegedly says that this isn’t for any economic gains. “But with this kind of frame of mind.. one day I feel something, the next day I feel something else about work. So I cannot be wasting others time..at all,” says Sushant, according to the audio clip
