“My dad says that I am a lazy girl, when I am not working that is,” said Sandalwood female actor Radhika Pandit Tellychakkar.com at the first standalone Marks and Spencer’s store in Bengaluru that she inaugurated recently. At present the lovely belle from Kannada filmdom has her workload cutout with umpteen number of projects to work on. About her hobbies, when she has the time to pursue them, Radhika said, “I relax by watching television, I like to read and to paint.” Radhika loves comedy and says that she must have watched the sitcom ‘Friends’ a million times. She says she’s satisfied with her workload in the Sandalwood industry but wouldn’t mind doing a Bollywood project if she’s offered one. Radhika says that her film workload is keeping her busy and hence return to television for now was not possible. Radhika started her career as a television actor with two Kannada tele-serials, "Nandagokula" and "Sumangali", before starting a career as a film actor. She has received notable critical praise for her performances. She is a winner of three successive Filmfare Awards for Best Actress and has appeared in several commercially successful films and establish herself as a leading contemporary actor of Kannada cinema.
