The much awaited release of YRF’s Jab Tak Hain Jaan music took place today with the launch of its first song Challa. The song was launched at 12 noon on YRF’s official Youtube Channel. Rahman and Gulzar, who orchestrated by Yash Chopra, have created some wonderful music for this romantic film. As Yash Chopra, on the occasion of his 80th birthday, told Shahrukh Khan while in conversation with him, “This is my favourite song and it is your song in the film. It is the soul of the film – you belong to everybody but nobody is yours. This song is in Punjabi language and it has been sung beautifully by Rabbi Shergill. Gulzar Saheb has written the lovely lyrics. He has given words to my vision. Working with AR Rahman and Gulzar, is like working with magicians.” Jab Tak Hain Jaan is releasing on 13 November 2012.
