Salman Khan's legal woes just seem to be surmounting with every passing day. While he remains mired in the hit-and-run matter, another case of Salman's alleged assault has now come to light.
It emerges that Salman Khan and his bodyguard Shera had an alleged run-in with an activist named Ravindra Dwivedi on a Mumbai-Delhi flight on 4th November last year. As per Ravindra, Salman allegedly verbally abused him at Mumbai airport. Later when they were seated in the same flight to Delhi, Shera allegedly snatched away important documents reportedly relating to late BJP leader Gopinath Munde's death.
Ravindra reportedly approached the court directly as a last measure after police office allegedly refused to file a complaint.
Taking cognizance of the complaint, the Andheri metropolitan magistrate's court has now asked the police to investigate the allegations
The court has also directed the airport police to register a FIR against Salman under sec 156(3), and sections 392, 323, 504 , 506(ii)IPC against actor Salman Khan. The sections relate to robbery, assault and criminal intimidation.
No official statement has yet been issued by Salman Khan on the matter.
