MUMBAI: With every new asset, Excel Entertainment is steadily amping up anticipation for its upcoming action thriller, Ground Zero. Following a gripping teaser, the latest poster deepens the intrigue — just a day ahead of the trailer launch, the makers have dropped their most striking reveal yet: a glimpse at the face of the once-faceless enemy.
The poster showcases Emraan Hashmi as BSF Commandant Narendra Nath Dhar Dubey, positioned alongside his fellow soldiers, while a shadowy, veiled figure lurks just beyond a fractured wall — suggesting an imminent standoff. Visually intense and charged with suspense, the imagery has ignited fresh buzz around the film. Alongside the reveal, the makers shared the caption:
“A faceless enemy in shadows, a BSF officer in pursuit. #GroundZero, trailer out tomorrow.”
Starring Emraan Hashmi as real-life BSF Commandant Narendra Nath Dhar Dubey, Ground Zero is inspired by true events and brings to screen one of the best BSF operations in last 50 years. Adding to the authenticity, the trailer will be launched in the presence of Deputy Commandant Dubey himself, along with Emraan Hashmi, Sai Tamhankar, and the makers.
Excel Entertainment presents an Excel Entertainment Production, produced by Ritesh Sidhwani & Farhan Akhtar. Directed by Tejas Deoskar, the film is co-produced by Kassim Jagmagia, Vishal Ramchandani, Sundeep C Sidhwani, Arhan Bagati, Talisman Films, Abhishek Kumar, and Nishikant Roy.
With the trailer dropping tomorrow, the countdown to Ground Zero has officially begun. The film storms into cinemas on April 25, 2025.
