MUMBAI: The Hyderabad Black Birds will shortly compete in the Formula 4 Indian Championship's first season. The actor is certain that now is the ideal time to enter the sport given India's rising passion for it.
Naga Chaitanya said, “Being a part of motorsport has always been something I’ve wanted to do. It gives me immense happiness to be a part of the Hyderabad Blackbirds team. I see the Indian Racing League being a prominent name in Indian motorsport, providing great entertainment to all the enthusiasts out there, as well as being a platform for young talents to rise.”
He further added, “I’m keenly looking forward to the street races in this season of Formula 4 Indian Championship, which I believe will be a great experience for viewers. With the awareness of motorsport growing amongst all age groups, it’s a great time to be a part of it.”
On the professional front, it is rumoured that Naga Chaitanya may appear in Chandoo Mondeti's upcoming movie. An official confirmation is still pending, though. According to earlier rumours, the actor might appear in the Telugu version of the Bollywood movie Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2. However, His team refuted this claim in a statement.
