Gauri Khan’s father and Shah Rukh Khan’s father-in-law, Colonel Ramesh Chandra Chibber, passed away in Delhi on Tuesday (March 1) night.
He’s said to have breathed his last at a hospital. SRK and Gauri have reportedly reached Delhi for the last rites, which are said to take place at Lodhi Crematorium.
“We are very saddened by the loss of our father Ramesh Chibber. The funeral is at 10:00 on the 2nd of March at Lodhi Crematorium,” a member of Shah Rukh’s team told a website through a text message.
Colonel Ramesh Chander Chhibber, who originally belongs Hoshiarpur district, shifted to Delhi in 1970. He was married to Savita and the couple had two children, Gauri, and Vikrant.
