MUMBAI: Popular Indian actress Hansika Motwani initially won over viewers as a young actress on the television program Shaka Laka Boom Boom. Her performance in the Hrithik Roshan film Koi Mil Gaya cemented her position in the industry even further. But the audience was taken aback by her striking physical change when she made her adult film debut in 2007's Aap Kaa Surroor. Her look was the subject of rumors, with some even charging her with using hormone injections.

The actress addressed allegations of receiving hormone injections in an episode of Hansika's Love Shaadi Drama, her wedding drama series. The actress stated that receiving a lot of comments and writing about oneself is a natural aspect of being a public figure. However, that does not define who you are as a person.
Hansika said, "This is the expense of being a celebrity. They wrote such crap when I was 21, you know what I am talking about… If I could have taken it that time, I can take it this time. Crap was written about you too, everyone wrote that I have taken injections to grow up. People said that my mum has given me injections, hormonal injections to grow up as a woman."
In the same episode, Hansika Motwani's mother, Mona Motwani shared that she never gave any injections to her daughter. But the actress is a Punjabi, and their daughters rapidly grow up between the age of 12 and 16. For the unversed, Mona Motwani is a dermatologist, and it was a huge gossip back in the day that she gave hormonal injections to her daughter so that she could grow up fast and join the entertainment industry.
Mona Motwani further clarified, "If that is true, then I must be richer than Tata, Birla, some millionaire. If that Hansika's then I would have said, 'Maine apni beti ko diya hai, tum bhi aao, aa kar apni haddi baddi karvao. What I am surprised about is that people" who write this, unke pass dimaag naam ki cheez nahi hoti hai kya. We are Punjabi people, our daughters shoot up between the age of 12 and 16."
Drugs that are injected into the arm, leg, or hip are known as hormonal injections. Another name for them is intramuscular, or IM, injections. Some kinds are given directly under the abdominal skin. The drugs help in the fast maturation of a teen's growth hormones and are used to treat a variety of illnesses, including breast cancer.
Sohael Khaturiya and Hansika Motwani have been close friends for a long time. In addition, Sohael was Rinky Bajaj's spouse and Hansika's closest friend, but the two got divorced. Years later, Hansika and Sohael felt deeply in love with each other and decided to marry to strengthen their relationship.
On December 4, 2022, Hansika Motwani wed her businessman-boyfriend Sohael Khaturiya in a lavish ceremony. Their wedding became the talk of the town, taking place in Jaipur's 150-year-old Mundota Fort and Palace.
