Hate Story 2 will always be Vikram Bhatt’s baby – Surveen Chawla

While Hate Story 2 continues to make waves for its scorching trailer featuring the hot as hellfire Surveen Chawla, one person who remains conspicuous by his absence is Vikram Bhatt, the man who had helmed Hate Story featuring sex bomb Paoli Dam. Strangely, the Bhatts and their names were missing from the credits of Hate Story 2 and neither were they present at the trailer launch of the movie. Sources say that Vikram and T-Series had major differences though there is no confirmation on the same yet. When we spoke to Surveen about Vikram’s absence from Hate Story 2, the actress said, “I think everyone knows the answer to that. Hate Story 2 was his baby and will always be because he approached me for it. He isn't someone who needs to seek any importance by having his name in the credits.” Praising T-series for having made the dream of Hate Story 2 come alive on celluloid, Surveen elaborated, “T-Series made this possible. No one but them can make big things bigger. I think in unison the agenda was common to both which is to make a good product and with that intention all that is important is to achieve the desired end. It’s no secret that Vikram Bhatt was the one who made Paoli Dam a brand with his active presence and participation in the promotional campaign of Hate Story. Surveen will have to make do only with his blessings in spirit while T-Series does all the remaining work. And looking at the buzz that the trailer of Hate Story 2 has generated, we can very well say that half the desired end has already been achieved.
