MUMBAI: Akshay Kumar and Priyadarshan have given us some very memorable movies that became cult classics. The actor-director duo is all set to make a comeback this year with their upcoming Horror-comedy Bhoot Bangla.

Meanwhile, the audience is eagerly waiting for updates about Hera Pheri 3 which will once again feature Akshay Kumar, Suniel Shetty and Paresh Rawal. Earlier, director Priyadarshan had given us confirmation that the movie is really happening.
Recently, at a trailer launch event of Kesari Veer even Suniel Shetty had given a hint about the movie’s arrival. There were reports about the teaser dropping before the IPL Finals but soon things have become unexpectedly complicated, leaving fans wondering if the movie will be released or not.
Well, there were reports about Paresh Rawal leaving the project and then he even tweeted about it.
I wish to put it on record that my decision to step away from Hera Pheri 3 was not due to creative differences. I REITERATE THAT THERE ARE NO CREATIVE DISAGREEMENT WITH THE FILM MAKER . I hold immense love, respect, and faith in Mr. Priyadarshan the film director.

Actor Akshay Kumar, through his production house, Cape of Good Films, has sent a legal notice to actor Paresh Rawal claiming 25 crores in damages, for grossly unprofessional conduct and leaving the film Hera Pheri 3 in a lurch after signing a legal contract and starting shoot for the film.
The cast of the movie had started shooting for the movie in April this year. Interestingly, Akshay Kumar legally bought the rights for the movie from producer Feroz Nadiadwala, making Akshay Kumar, producer of the movie.
Now, according to Bombay Times, Priyadarshan has expressed his view on Paresh’s exit. The director said, “I started it (Hera Pheri’s third instalment), and all of a sudden, he backed out. He hasn't given me any explanation. I'm hurt. Paresh was like a family and he is not giving me any explanation why he has done it. So, without getting his explanation he says that he has nothing against me and he respects me, and there are no creative differences - all those things here. But am really hurt. I don't know what the conspiracy behind it is."
