MUMBAI: Geeta Basra, who recently welcomed her second child, is a glam diva.

She has showcased her acting skills in Bollywood films like Dil Diya Hai and The Train, among others.

In addition to her acting projects, she is also known for her fashion game. She often shares her fashionable looks on her social media handle.

While she has been wooing the audience with her charming presence on social media, here’s a lesser-known fact about her.

Did you know the actress shares a common connection with actors Hrithik Roshan and Priyanka Chopra? For the uninitiated, though Geeta Basra studied psychology to become a criminal psychologist, somewhere her heart was in Bollywood. Hence, the lady, who was born and brought up in Portsmouth, Hampshire in the United Kingdom, moved to Mumbai only to become an actress.

And guess what? The actress trained in the Kishore Namit Kapoor Acting Institute. It is the same institute where Hrithik Roshan and Priyanka Chopra have studied too. Interesting, isn’t it?  

On the personal front, Geeta Basra is married to cricketer Harbhajan Singh. They tied the knot in 2015 and welcomed their daughter Hinaya Heer Plaha in 2016. They recently welcome their second child. They adorably revealed their newborn son’s name to the world. Geeta took to her social media handle and shared a cute photo of her son Jovan Veer Singh Plaha with his elder sister Hinaya Heer Plaha. Beside the picture, she wrote, "Introducing HEER ka VEER.. Jovan Veer Singh Plaha @falgunikharwaphotography (sic)."
