Growing up, all I knew was that I had a huge desire to do my bit to make this world a better place, but I had no idea how I’d go about it. I am so grateful to have chanced upon social service at an early age of 17, which allowed me to understand our country in a deep and nuanced way. And allowed me to galvanise communities, especially the youth, in us taking charge of our own lives and empowering each other.
She further added, “Every step I’m taking, and all the work I’m doing, is simply an ode to that magical energy of empowerment. And all we can do is keep our head down, and stay at it”
Sanjana Sanghi seems to be elevating her vision for maximizing youth potential and commitment, creating a significant impact at every step of her role as the Youth Champion for UNDP India.
