MUMBAI: Just a while ago, Ira Khan had opened up about being clinically depressed. She also spoke about getting all the help from her doctors in getting better.
Now, the star kid shared a video in which she spoke about the advice she received on battling depression. She spoke about the advice she got from Aamir Khan, Reena Dutta, doctors, and 'Kiran aunty' (Aamir's current wife).

She was told 'to stop being busy, stop jumping from one thing to the next... Just be... Just slow down' and Keep busy, work out and think positive'.
She was heard saying in the video, "I used to work out a lot, but now I’m scared of working out, which is frustrating, because I loved working out a lot."
"But it’s not a one-solution problem. Different people have different unhealthy patterns and experience depression differently", she said.
Ira captioned the video, "What can you say to someone who’s depressed as way of advice when you don’t really know how their depression is effecting them? What should you say? What should you not say?"
