MUMBAI : The family and fans of Sushant Singh Rajput were waiting to know the verdict of the highest court of the country, Supreme Court. Rhea Chakraborty has filed a petition for the transfer of the case from the CBI to Mumbai Police.
After hearing the plea from all sides, the lordship at the Supreme Court has decided to give the verdict on 13th August 2020.
The SC has reserved the order of the transfer, but the CBI probe hasn’t been confirmed.
In the court, the Maharashtra government and Rhea’s counsel were on the same page, wherein they demanded that the case be investigated by Mumbai police.

But SSR’s lawyer and the centre had almost the same points and pointed out the drawbacks of Mumbai police.
The decision will be made on Thursday, and we will know who the case will be investigated by, the Mumbai Police or CBI.
