Kalki 2898 AD: Makers of the Prabhas starrer unveil first look of Shobana as Mariam, check it out

MUMBAI : The most eagerly awaited release of 2024 is definitely Kalki 2898 AD, the science fiction mythological film directed by Nag Ashwin. Fans have been eager for additional updates from the film's makers because they have shared several of them. The film's directors have released an intriguing first-look poster featuring Shobana introducing her character 'Mariam' ahead of the film's spectacular pre-release event in Mumbai. Filmmakers released a gorgeous first-look poster of the Mollywood diva on their X (formerly Twitter) profile. They shared the image and added, "Her ancestors waited too, just like her…8 days to go for #Kalki2898AD.”

Most fans are surprised by Shobana's casting in Kalki 2898 AD. Nevertheless, early reports suggested that Shobana and Mrunal Thakur will make brief appearances in the movie.

Together with Prabhas, Amitabh Bachchan, Deepika Padukone, Kamal Haasan, and Disha Patani, among others, Shobana completes the ensemble of actors that is already flawless. Kalki 2898 AD, which is being produced by Vyjayanthi Films, will be released on June 27.

Nag Ashwin directed the film, which was produced by C Aswani Dutt under the banner Vyjayanthi Movies. Prabhas plays Bhairava, and the cast also includes Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Haasan, Deepika Padukone, and Brahmanandam. The film is scheduled for release on June 27.
