MUMBAI: Brace yourself for a thrilling dose of laughter and horror as the trailer of Kapkapiii, starring Shreyas Talpade and Tusshar Kapoor, is all set to release tomorrow, May 14.
A quirky horror-comedy directed by the late director Sangeeth Sivan, Kapkapiii blends spine-tingling suspense with laugh-out-loud moments, promising a complete entertainer for audiences of all ages. The film is produced by Jayesh Patel and Umesh Kumar Bansal under the banner of Bravo Entertainment, and presented by Zee Studios.
With Shreyas and Tusshar teaming up once again, fans can expect electric chemistry, comic madness, and a spooky twist that will keep them hooked till the end. The trailer will offer the first glimpse into this haunted laugh riot ahead of the film’s theatrical release on May 23, 2025.
"Kapkapiii is more than just horror or comedy – it’s a tribute to the magic of both, and to the vision of Sangeeth Sivan, who gave us some of the genre’s most memorable moments," said the producers in a joint statement.
It also Sonia Rathee, Siddhi Idnani, Abishek Kumar, Jay Thakkar, Varun Pandey, Dherendra Tiwari and Dinkar Sharma. The screenplay, penned by Saurabh Anand and Kumar Priyadarshi, seamlessly blends horror and comedy, while paying homage to Sangeeth Sivan’s legacy—known for hits like Kya Kool Hain Hum and Apna Sapna Money Money.
The trailer will be available on Zee Studios' official platforms starting tomorrow.
