Raj Kumar Gupta of No One Killed Jessica fame is known for creating edgy thrillers with strong subjects and actors. After having worked with Vidya Balan and Rani Mukerji, it is none other than Kareena Kapoor that Raj has managed to impress with his next script this time around.
Bebo, who is currently shooting for Bajrangi Bhaijan with Salman Khan, is said to have given her nod to act in Raj Kumar's next thriller. "Raj met Kareena before she took off to Swiss for the New Year. Kareena loved the script and agreed to be a part of it."
Raj himself was quoted saying, "We have come across a script that both, Kareena and I love. We will be working together on that. It will happen very soon."
It is not clear who will star opposite Kareena in the film. Knowing Raj Kumar Gupta and his penchant for creating strong female oriented characters, we are sure this one too would see Kareena in a similar strong female avatar.
Now that would be a refreshing change, we feel.
