MUMBAI: On Sunday, the entire entertainment industry woke up to the most shocking news of Sushant Singh Rajput passing away as the actor committed suicide at his residence in Bandra.

The news sent shockwaves in Bollywood as well as the television industry. The reason why the actor took such a drastic step is still unknown. Apparently, there is news doing the rounds that the actor was suffering from depression past six months.

 The actor had grabbed headlines for his rumoured relationship with Kirti Sanon when the two had worked together in the movie Raabta.

The actress was seen at his funeral and the everyone was wondering why no one has heard from her. Finally, the actress shared a post for the actor where she said that she knew how Sushant’s mind was his best friend and his enemy and she is heartbroken to know that he thought death was easier than life.

She also said that she wished he hadn’t pushed away from the people he loved and also, she hoped that if she could have helped his mending the broken pieces inside him.

The actress also mentioned that she wishes him only happiness and will continue to do so, and a part of her heart has gone with him and a part will always keep him alive.

Kriti Sanon had attended Sushant’s last rites yesterday, performed by the late actor’s family in Mumbai. Shraddha Kapoor, Rajkummar Rao, Varun Sharma and Vivek Oberoi also paid their last respects to Sushant Singh Rajput.

Sushant Singh Rajput won hearts with his last onscreen performance in ‘Chhichhore’, which hit the screens in 2019. The 34-year-old actor had been working on Mukesh Chhabra directed ‘Dil Bechara’, which will now be remembered as his last onscreen act.
