MUMBAI : Movie Laapataa Ladies is the talk of town, the movie which is directed by Kiran has great talents like Chhaya Kadam, Ravi Kishan, Sparsh Srivastav, Nitanshi Goel, Pratibha Ranta, Satendra Soni, Hemant Soni, Pranjal Pateriya and the movie is getting lot of love from the fans for its storytelling and of its unique concept, the movie is going towards been a sleeper hit of the year and it is winning the hearts of the fans all over.

During the exclusive chat with Tellychakkar filmmaker Kiran Rao spoke in detail why Aamir Khan was not casted for movie Laapataa Ladies and how Ravi Kishan brought magic with his role.

Filmmaker Kiran Rao said it was a big decision of not casting Aamir Khan in the movie, and they both Aamir and her had a discussion and was struggling with the decision of not taking the superstar in the movie, Kiran Rao added if Aamir was there in the movie the audience will surely have expectation and hopes in the character graph and the change and there will no surprising element for the audience, she did not want to spoil that element so chose Ravi Kishan over Aamir Khan.

Filmmaker Kiran Rao also added that actor Ravi Kishan on the other hand Ravi Kishan is a raw actor and he seen that kind of atmosphere so for him to pull such a character with an ease was easy and it was looking authentic, indeed what actor Ravi Kishan did in the movie Laapataa Ladies was brilliant.
