MUMBAI : Salman Khan’s upcoming movie Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali is one of the most awaited movies in Bollywood. Fans are eagerly waiting to see the superstar on the big screen. Earlier, it was reported that the film has been shelved due to the lukewarm reception to Radhe. But now, we hear that the film has not been shelved but has gotten a new release date.

You heard right. Earlier, the rumours were floating that Salman Khan and Pooja Hedge’s film Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali has been shelved due to the poor response to the star’s film Radhe. Now, we hear from a source that Salman Khan's much-awaited film will be releasing on Eid 2023. The film has been directed by Farhad Samji and produced by Sajid Nadiadwala.
Earlier, Sajid Nadiadwala took to social media and cleared the rumours about the film being postponed. The post read, "The set is being constructed and songs have already been recorded. Shooting begins in 2 months."
Talking about the film, the action-comedy celebrates brotherhood and seems to be the remake of a hit Tamil film. In the film, Salman will be essaying the role of the eldest brother among four, who refuses to get married as he believes that it will bring disharmony and problems in the family. To get him married, his other three brothers will find a suitable match for their beloved Bhaijaan, which will turn out to be Pooja Hegde.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Salman Khan is currently shooting for the third installment of the Tiger series with Katrina Kaif. He has extended cameo roles in Pathan and Laal Singh Chaddha. The actor will also feature in Acharya’s remake.
