The actor has expressed his opinion on the Ranbir Kapoor starrer Animal. The film has been hailed by many as entertaining while many have also opposed the lead portraying toxic masculinism.

Nawazuddin has lately been in the news for his divorce with wife Aaliya, is not making headlines as his elder brother Ayazuddin has been arrested in Budhana, Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh, for making a fake document.

Ayazuddin has been accused of giving a false order from the District Magistrate's office to the consolidation department. This document was used in connection with a land dispute with Javed Iqbal.

The district Magistrate filed a complaint against Iqbal and Ayazuddin in March 2024 under various sections of the penal code.
