Pooja Mishra files Rs 100-cr defamation case against Sunny Leone

Starlet Pooja Mishra, who manages to stay in the news with her crazy antics, is back! The former Bigg Boss contestant has sued Sunny Leone for defamation for a whopping Rs 100-crore. Sunny was also part of the controversial reality show. According to Pooja, Sunny had given out defamatory interviews in the media, out of ‘jealousy’ and ‘malice’. Pooja further claimed that her reputation was damaged in public eye. The petitioner urged the court to issue process against Sunny Leone under IPC sections 500 (defamation) read with 120(b) (conspiracy). The matter is expected to come up in June. It’s not the first time Pooja has been in the news for her stunts, she had earlier accused Sonakshi Sinha, her mother Poonam and many others for instigating molestation against her in a Udaipur hotel.
