MUMBAI: According to reports on Zapkey.com, businessman Raj Kundra, who was arrested and released on bail in the pornography case, has transferred the properties worth Rs 38.5 crore to his actress wife.

He has reportedly transferred ownership of his flats and Juhu home to his wife, Shilpa Shetty.

The documents accessed, showed that Kundra transferred that a total of 5 flats in the building named Ocean View located in Juhu along with the entire basement was transferred to his wife’s name.

Varun Singh, Founder of SquareFeatIndia.com further said that, the total area transferred by Raj Kundra to Shilpa Shetty measures a around 5,996 square feet. It also is the house which both the husband and wife has shown as their current address.

Shetty, on the other hand, paid a stamp duty of Rs 1.9 crore on the transfer deed. The documents were reportedly registered on January 21, 2022.

The report further adds that the transfer was valued at the current market rate which is an estimated Rs 65,000 per sq ft.
