Priyanka Chopra Jonas shares a travelling picture; fans believe that she might be on her way to Matrix 4 sets

MUMBAI: Priyanka Chopra Jonas shared a serene picture of herself on Twitter. In the picture, the global icon is seen gazing outside from her car. PeeCee captioned the image as “Wanderlust.” Eagle-eyed fans were quick to spot that Priyanka may be travelling again and speculated that the acclaimed actress might be on her way to the sets of her newly confirmed film Matrix 4. It was previously revealed in July that Chopra will be playing an important role in the Keanu Reeves starrer.

The Matrix series is one of the most followed sci-fi films of all times. Variety reported in July that Chopra Jonas will start shooting as soon as possible the popular sci-fi in Berlin as COVID-2019 numbers are decreasing over there.

The film’s shooting schedule was put on halt in March after the Coronavirus pandemic blew up. With only a minor chunk of the film being shot, it is not too late for PeeCee to join the hit fiction film. 

Previously, the team had finished its shooting schedule in San Francisco before moving to Germany post the break. There have also been reports about the cast of the film training for certain action sequences that are a major part of the film. In addition to Keanu and PeeCee, the star cast includes names like Jada Pinkett Smith, Carrie-Anne Moss, Yahya Abdul-Mateen II and Neil Patrick Harris in pivotal roles. According to reports via Republic World, Priyanka Chopra Jonas will also be seen in a key role.
