Choreographer-turned-director Remo D’Souza is all set to make an action film which he claims will be the most expensive venture till date in the country. In the television sphere, Remo is one of the judges on Colors’ Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa.
Talking about his film, D’Souza shared with Tellychakkar.com, “It is a big action movie that I am working on. It is not like Rowdy Rathore and neither it is like Dabangg. These are all remakes. Mine is an original script. All I can say that it is the action film that will be of the Hollywood kind.”
Denying that the recent success of action films prompted him to make this film, Remo observed, “No, this action film was always in my mind. I have been working on this script for seven years. It is a very big film and people are scared to put in that much amount. This film will be India’s most expensive one and it will be shot in 3D.”
Remo’s upcoming project Any Body Can Dance (ABCD) is India’s first high-octane dance film in 3D that would star Prabhu Deva and Ganesh Acharya in key roles. The film also stars reality show Dance India Dance contestants like Salman Khan, Dharmesh, Prince, Mayuresh and Vrushali.
Any Body Can Dance (ABCD) slated to release on 15 September 2012.
