We already wrote about Akshay Kumar mulling the idea to make a sequel to Special 26. Now, something almost similar will happen with <em>ABCD – Any Body Can Dance</em>.
Buoyed by the positive response that <em>ABCD – Any Body Can Dance</em> has been receiving, producers UTV has roped in Remo D’Souza once again to work on the sequel of the film.

Disney UTV has signed choreographer-turned-director Remo D’Souza for a two film deal.
One of the films is likely to be the sequel of <em>ABCD - Any Body Can Dance</em> which is directed by Remo and stars Prabhudheva, Ganesh Acharya, Dharmesh, Prince, Mayuresh and Vrushali and Lauren Gottlieb (the finalist of the popular international television dance talent show <em>So You Think You Can Dance</em>) besides <em>Dance India Dance</em> winner Salman Yusuf Khan.

Keeping up the latest fad of announcing sequels much before the release of the original, Remo D’Souza has gone ahead and announced the sequel of his upcoming directorial venture <em>ABCD – Any Body Can Dance</em> two months prior to the film’s release.

Choreographer-turned-director Remo D’Souza is all set to make an action film which he claims will be the most expensive venture till date in the country. In the television sphere, Remo is one of the judges on Colors’ <em>Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa</em>.
Talking about his film, D’Souza shared with <em>Tellychakkar.com</em>, “It is a big action movie that I am working on. It is not like <em>Rowdy Rathore</em> and neither it is like <em>Dabangg</em>. These are all remakes. Mine is an original script. All I can say that it is the action film that will be of the Hollywood kind.”
