MUMBAI: According to speculations, Shahid Kapoor and his spouse Mira Rajput bought an opulent flat in Mumbai. The Worli neighborhood of Mumbai is home to the apartment, which is valued at Rs 59 crore. According to the popular news portal, the apartment is a part of the Oberoi 360 West project.

The premium facility features three dedicated parking places and 5,395 square feet of RERA carpet area, according to the records that were obtained. A transaction of Rs 58.66 crore that was registered on May 24, 2024, was also displayed in the records.

Shahid and Mira's apartment is supposedly on one of the higher floors of the high-rise building, which is being built by Oberoi Reality. Chandak Realtors Pvt Ltd sold the couple the opulent apartment.

“The particular apartment was purchased by the Chandak Realty at a price of around ₹65,000 per sqft and it has now been sold at a price of over ₹1 lakh per sq ft. This is over 50% appreciation in a period of one year,” the popular news portal quoted a real estate consultant as saying.

As per their report, Chandak Realty bought a bulk of these apartments last year. Of these, 28 apartments were bought by D’ Mart owner Radhakishan Damani’s family and close associates for Rs 1,238 crore last year.

The project, 360 West, offers 5BHK and 4BHK flats along with duplex apartments and penthouses. The project has a sea view with all apartments facing West. The building has a height of 360 metres. As per reports Shahid Kapoor has paid a stamp duty of Rs 1.75 crore.

Meanwhile, Shahid was last seen in Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya alongside Kriti Sanon. The film performed well at the box office and received rave reviews from the audience and critics alike. Next, he is working on big-budget films like Deva, Ashwatthama: The Saga Continues, and Farzi 2.

Last year, on the occasion of Dussehra, the actor announced his new movie Deva on Instagram. He also revealed the first look from the film in which Shahid seems to be portraying a police officer. Shahid was seen in the photo carrying a rifle and showing off his short hairstyle. Shahid shared the picture and said he was locking Dussehra 2024 for Deva.

“DEVA in theatres on Dussehra 11th October 2024,” he wrote. Pooja Hegde also stars in the movie. Zee Studios and Roy Kapur Films are producing the film Deva, which will be helmed by director Rosshan Andrews.
