MUMBAI: During the investigation of the SSR death, the drug nexus in Bollywood was exposed, and many big names came out of this case, which shocked the nation.
Yesterday, Rhea's bail plea was heard at the High Court, and Rhea's lawyer once again tried to slander SSR. Her bail plea has been reserved as of now.
During the bail plea, Rhea’s lawyer said that SSR used to take drugs and procure them from Rhea, Showik, and his house staff.
Now, as per the Quint, the NCB has invoked Sec 27A against Rhea Chakraborty for harbouring an offender and not informing the police that Sushant Singh Rajput was consuming drugs.

Well, in our country, if someone is not consuming drugs but knows that another person is taking them, it is an offense and they could be arrested for it. Now that NCB has invoked another section, the actress is in trouble.
Earlier, Rhea had said that the NCB has no judiciary in this case as it doesn’t have any connection with the SSR death probe.
NCB is opposing her bail as they feel she might tamper with evidence and influence the witnesses.
In the next few days, the NCB will be summoning three big superstars who are connected to Deepika Padukone, and their names will shock the nation.
