MUMBAI: Sushant Singh Rajput’s death created a storm on social media, with Netizens demanding justice for the late actor. Many of Sushant’s fans as well as famous personalities such as Shekhar Suman, BJP MP Roopa Ganguly and others have been demanding a CBI probe in Sushant’s death case. Just recently, it was reported that a PIL filed by a lady seeking CBI intervention in Sushant’s case was rejected by the Supreme Court. Following this, BJP MP Subramanian Swamy slammed ‘freelancers running prematurely’.
A PIL which was filed by Alka Priya in the Supreme Court, seeking a CBI inquiry in Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case was rejected by the apex court, reported Times Now. It also mentioned that the Supreme Court has refused to intervene in the investigation for the time being and that the police should be allowed to do their job. Amid all this, a fan shared a post which read, “Believe me when @Swamy39 take the charge no one can be spared. Bihar police digging call records...” Subramanian Swamy however, replied that he can’t take charge as there are freelancers running to courts, getting petitions dismissed.

Subramanian Swamy’s reply read, “I cannot take charge since there are so many free lancers running to courts prematurely and getting the Petitions dismissed.”
Meanwhile, Sushant Singh Rajput’s father KK Singh filed an FIR in Bihar, accusing Rhea Chakraborty of abetting Sushant’s suicide. There were also several other accusations leveled against her. Rhea filed a petition Supreme Court seeking the transfer of investigation in Sushant Singh Rajput's death to Mumbai, following which, Republic reported that Sushant’s family filed a caveat in the Supreme Court.
