MUMBAI: As days are passing by, the SSR case is intensifying even more. Shocking revelations are emerging.
Just a few days ago, the AIIMS reports ruled out homicide, said it was a clear case of suicide, and mentioned that no evidence exists to prove that it was a murder.
The family dismissed this and demanded a second round of investigation. Today, the family lawyer wrote to the CBI, demanding a new forensic team and requesting that the actor's case be investigated as a murder and not a suicide.
Now, as per CNN News 18, the CBI is unlikely to form a second forensic team as there is no way the tests can be conducted once again.
The CBI has said that since the body has already been cremated, a viscera test cannot be conducted. Thus, forming a new team doesn’t make sense.
CBI is on almost the same track as AIIMS and thus might not be giving in to the letter written to the CBI by SSR’s family lawyer Vikas Singh.
Only if the investigators have a doubt, they might consider forming a new team, but that’s a rare case, as no new tests can be done.
Well, it doesn’t seem like good news for the family and fans.
Since the family has a lot of faith in the CBI, this could be disappointing for them.
