Sushant Singh Rajput death probe: Check out the inconsistency in Siddharth Pithani and Neeraj's statements as the case mystery deepens

The statements of Neeraj and Siddharth don’t match, and the CBI has said that one of them is lying.

MUMBAI : It’s been four days since the CBI began to investigate the SSR case, and their line of investigation began by interrogating the people who were present during his demise.

They began the probe by questioning Neeraj and then summoned Siddarth for questioning, and now both, their statements don’t match.

Here are some of the contradicting statements given by the two, as per India Today.

1 Neeraj said that Siddarth wasn’t worried or in a state of panic, whereas Siddarth claims that he was worried and wanted to see what happened.

2. Neeraj said that Siddarth waited patiently for the key maker to open the door, whereas Siddarth claims that he was impatient and wanted the key maker to leave quickly.

3. Neeraj said that Pithani knocked the door only once, whereas Siddarth said that he kept banging the door.

4. Neeraj said that when SSR was hanging, his face was towards the window, whereas the other staff said that it was in some other direction.

5. Neeraj said that the actor looked disturbed and depressed on June 13, whereas Siddarth claims he was fine.

6. Neeraj said that Rhea looked upset when she left, but Siddarth mentioned that she left abruptly and said she would come back.

7. Different statements were given by Neeraj, Siddarth, and Dipesh as to who entered the room first.

8. Their statements don’t match about who brought the body down. Neeraj said in his statement that he was the one who brought it down on the instruction of SSR’s sister, whereas Siddarth claims he brought SSR down.

Now, the CBI has said that one of them is lying and they will be interrogating them once again. This inconsistency in the statements has made the CBI suspicious about what happened on the day of SSR’s demise.

Today, once again Siddarth and Neeraj were questioned by the CBI, but they are still not convinced about what they have said.

It's quite bizarre to see the people who entered the room first giving contracting statement to the CBI.

As days are passing by, this case is getting more complicated, and there is more to this case than meets the eye.
