MUMBAI: The case of Sushant Singh Rajput is getting even more complicated. The Supreme Court will be giving its verdict on the transfer of the plea soon.
Since the actor's father had filed a FIR in Bihar, the fight between Bihar Police and Mumbai Police has been on. A week ago, when all parties had given their written submissions in court, the Bihar government's lawyer said that they have a jurisdiction and can fight the case as the only FIR registered in this case is by them.
But Rhea’ lawyer while speaking to ANI has claimed that the Bihar Police's FIR is illegal and that the probe should be transferred to the Mumbai cops as the Bihar cops have no jurisdiction in this case and that the actress won’t submit to any illegal investigation.

On July 16th 2020, after a month of SSR passing away, Rhea demanded a CBI inquiry. But now, she is demanding that Mumbai Police probe the case.
Moreover, the Maharashtra government and Rhea’s submissions in the court use the same words, making things extremely suspicious.
Well, soon, the SC will give its verdict, and one would get a clear picture as to who will be investigating this case.
