MUMBAI: Ishaan Khatter is one of the most skilled actors of the present period. He is Shahid Kapoor's half-brother, and he made his Bollywood debut in the movie Beyond the Clouds in 2017. After that, in 2018, Ishaan became instantly well-known for his role in the romantic film Dhadak, which also starred Jahnvi Kapoor.
Regarding his private life, Ishaan Khatter bought a stunning seafront house in Mumbai around a year ago and showed it all to everyone. Sarah Sham, principal interior designer at West Elm and Essajees Atelier, constructed the design. Now without further ado, here are some of Ishaan's house's most fascinating areas.

Ishaan Khatter had always wanted to live near the sound of the waves in the ocean. While many individuals just dream of living by the water, the Dhadak actor bought an opulent Mumbai property with a view of the ocean to fulfil his desire.
The big living area of the house greets guests and features a mix of modern and traditional elements, such as wooden floor panelling, walls with muted shades, rustic ceiling fans, and more.
Ishaan said, "I wanted it (my home) to be a reflection of something modern, of course, but also have a classic, old-school feel to it. I wanted this room (the living room) to feel earthy and organic because you have a beautiful view of the sea, and that is really what I wanted to enjoy in this space."
To give the living room an organic touch, Ishaan has also arranged space for a bunch of indoor plants, that strikes a perfect balance. The living room has a beautiful view of the Arabian Sea, and undoubtedly, made it the actor's favourite space. Besides, the lavish living room has a large Hamilton leather couch, which looks super-comfy and spacious, and an ideal hangout spot for huge gathering of friends and family.
As Ishaan Khatter wanted to combine modernity with old-school style, Sarah Sham found the interior décor, quite a tough nut to crack. Sarah wanted to give the room the perfect vibe and ambience, just as Ishaan wanted it.
She said, "The challenge was to find new pieces that still had a bit of that charm, a little bit more comfortable, easy, homely and not have that very hard polished feel to it."
Ishaan's expansive dining room, which is just next to the living room, is a culmination of a classic sitting place with a touch of modern flair. The dining table with a black marble top serves as a striking focal point in the otherwise neutral section of the bigger living area.
The actor's dining table is slightly different from other dining tables since it features low-back padded benches instead of the more common high-back chairs. The dining room's furniture now has a more sophisticated look thanks to the inclusion of a few indoor plant items.
The creative media room that Ishaan has designed is perhaps one of the most fascinating features of his house. Being in the entertainment sector, this area is a source of inspiration as well as a passionate place.
Ishaan has arranged his book collection and awards area within a wall-mounted wooden cabinet, in addition to adding earthy-hued lazy boy couches. In addition, the media area features portraits, doodles, and parodies of many famous performers.
Coming at the most sacrosanct area of the actor's house, Ishaan's bedroom initially gives away that it is an odd location because of the colourful vanity area it opens to. It is made up of an elephant-themed light blue wallpaper and an asymmetric lake-shaped mirror.
Moving on, the bedroom's main area instantly transports the mind to a peaceful and peaceful setting thanks to its colour palette inspired by sage and wildflowers. The soothing atmosphere is enhanced by the thick white drapes, while an aged oak console and rustic canes give an air of charm.
