Upcoming movies and web series this week: Ajay Devgn’s Drishyam 2, Suniel Shetty’s Dharavi Bank, and more

MUMBAI: Last week, movies like Uunchai, Monica O My Darling, and others were released, and Breathe: Into The Shadows 2 grabbed everyone’s attention when it comes to web series. Now, this week also, the audience is in for a treat as many interesting films are slated to release in theatres, and many web series will premiere on OTT platforms. Check out the list below… 

Movies 

Drishyam 2

Ajay Devgn, Tabu, and Shriya Saran starrer Drishyam 2 is all set to hit the big screens on 18th November 2022. It’s a sequel to the 2015 release Drishyam, and a remake of a Malayalam movie of the same name. Remakes have not worked this year, so it will be interesting to see whether Drishyam 2 will make a mark at the box office or not.

Mister Mummy

Riteish Deshmukh and Genelia Deshmukh have teamed up for Mister Mummy which will also release on 18th November. The buzz about the movie is very low, and it only depends on word of mouth. 

Web series 

Dharavi Bank

Suniel Shetty is all set to make his OTT debut with the web series Dharavi Bank. The series also stars Vivek Oberoi and Sonali Kulkarni in the lead roles. It will premiere on MX Player on 19th November 2022.

Hostel Daze 3

After the success of Hostel Daze seasons 1 and 2, now season 3 of the show is all set to premiere on Amazon Prime Video on 16th November 2022. It stars Ahsaas Channa, Luv Vispute, and Shubham Gaur.

Wonder Women

Some of the best talents from the Indian entertainment industry have teamed up for a web series titled Wonder Women which will premiere on Sony LIV on 18th Nov. It stars Amruta Subhash, Nithya Menen, Parvathy Thiruvothu, Padmapriya, Sayanora Phillip, and Archana Padmini.
