MUMBAI: Shah Rukh Khan is known far and wide with many names; the Badshah of Bollywood, SRK, or popularly known as King Khan. The star celebrated his 57th birthday on 2nd November, and fans all around the world have poured in love and praises for him. Fans showed up at Mannat’s gate to wish the star like a King. Shah Rukh secretly had cameras and drones recording the interaction with his fans and thanked them in a special video.
SRK took to his social media handles on Thursday to show all his fans the view from the top, like he saw it on his birthday. “The sea of love as I see it,” he wrote in his caption, as he shared the view from the top of Mannat, and the hundreds of fans that had gathered outside.

“Thank u all for being there and making this day ever so special. Gratitude…and only Love to you all,” he said. On Wednesday, the Bollywood star came to his balcony around 12:10 am and waved at his admirers. Hundreds of loyal fans from around the globe arrived outside SRK's Bandra residence to celebrate his birthday. After he didn’t show up last year, the actor revived his annual ritual of meeting fans from his residential gates. Fans could be seen flashing their torchlight from their smartphones to catch the star’s attention.

Dressed in a white T-shirt and denims, he waved, blew kisses and spread his arms in his signature pose to the scores of fans watching their favourite star from below, who were waiting since morning.
He even clicked a selfie with his admirers and shared it on his official handles with a message that read, “It's so lovely to live in front of the sea…..the sea of love that spreads all around me on my birthday….thank u. Grateful for making me feel so special….& happy.”
Shah Rukh, who was on a 4-year hiatus from acting, was last seen in the 2018 film Zero. He has three film releases scheduled for next year. Pathaan, the teaser for which was released virtually on his birthday, followed by Jawan, and Rajkumar Hirani's social drama 'Dunki'.
