Revealed: Shah Rukh Khan's eight pack abs workout

Move over the Salmans, Abrahams and Hrithiks of Bollywood. The King of Bollywood has shown he has what it takes to beat the muscle men of Bollywood even at the age of 48. In a video uploaded on YouTube, Shah Rukh Khan is seen a completely different avatar with rippling muscles erupting from every nook and corner of his body. From Herculean shoulders, python biceps to broad shoulders, SRK's ripped body has to be seen to be believed. And for those critics who thought the chiselled body was a result of VFX, the video serves like an egg on all their faces. One also has to thank Hrithik for getting SRK post this video. The Greek God challenged Hrithik on Twitter to show off his abs exercise. "The 10pack #bangbangdare @iamsrk show us a pic doing ur fav ab exercise!all want 2 know which 1 it is! U hv 3 days! Qabool?" Hrithik had tweeted. Responding in style to this dare, King Khan showed off why yet again he is the best when it comes to pushing the limits. In the video, one can see SRK performing some heavy duty exercises with some special focus on his washboard eight pack abs.
