Beintehaa to shut shop

The much talked about jodi of Aaliya (Preetika Rao) and Zain (Harshad Arora) will soon bid farewell to TV screens. Yes, Colors has gone ahead and axed Beintehaa (Fortune Productions) and it will go off air on 21 November. As per reports, the show that saw a change in time slot post Bigg Boss launch (from 9PM to 11PM) could not garner impressive numbers. With nothing working at the TRP front, the channel and producers mutually decided on pulling the plug. Shares a source, “Rangrasiya and Beintehaa both were to wrap up during Bigg Boss launch, but the channels decided to give Beintehaa a chance by pushing it late at the 11 pm slot, but sadly it could not thrive.” The show saw a volley of twists and turns with the current track focusing on Zain’s duplicate Rocket. Soon all loose ends will be tied and goodness once again will emerge as the winner. With Zain and Aaliya coming together, the show will end on a happy note. We spoke to producer Farhan Salaruddin who said, “It’s sad that the show is shutting shop but all good things do come to an end. We have had a good run with viewers and hopefully we will get back soon with another show.” Post Beintehaa, the 11 pm slot will see repeats!!! Keep reading Tellychakkar.com.
